Bookings can be made by phone (0034) 609 713 670 or by email info@soportaleschinchon.com. The booking is formalised by the payment of 25% of the total amount payable into the bank account provided by the host or charged to the credit card provided by the guest (number and expiry date). This payment must be made in the 48 hours that follow the initial booking request.

The remaining amount will be paid on arrival, either in cash or by credit card (please let us know in advance if you will pay by credit card).

Cancellation policy:

- 30 days prior to arrival date: refund of 90 % of the initial booking fee paid.
- 15 days prior to arrival date: refund of 50 % of the initial booking fee paid.
- 7 days prior to arrival date: refund of 25% of the initial booking fee paid.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival date: no refund will be made.
- Guests will be responsible for any banking charges derived from the refund.
- No partial or full refunds will be made for cancellations taking place when the guest has already occupied the property, if there are less guests than initially booked or if any guests leave before the end of the agreed stay.
